The Website is operated by MILIA FZE, trading as The JWLRS, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“The JWLRS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Website.

1. ABOUT THE JWLRS

The JWLRS is a curated online destination offering contemporary jewelry from independent and international designers.

Products offered through the Website may be designed and manufactured by third-party brands and designers selected by The JWLRS.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are using the Website on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, materials, dimensions and other details as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and lighting conditions.

Many of our products are handmade or incorporate natural stones, pearls, shells or other natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, finish and size are therefore normal and form part of the individual character of the piece.

Such natural or handmade variations are not considered defects.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed on the Website in the currency selected or otherwise indicated at checkout.

Prices applicable to an order are those displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Where applicable, VAT and other taxes will be displayed or included in accordance with UAE law.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, additional duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these charges are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment service providers to process the applicable amount.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. The JWLRS does not directly store complete payment card details where payments are processed through these providers.

All transactions may be subject to verification and security checks.

7. DELIVERY

We deliver to the locations indicated on our Website.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays and events of force majeure.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Once an order has been dispatched, any delivery changes may be subject to the policies and capabilities of the relevant courier.

8. RETURNS

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Products must satisfy the conditions stated in that policy to qualify for a return.

Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including, where relevant, personalized, customized or otherwise non-returnable products.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misrepresented products.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, please contact us at customercare@thejwlrs.com as soon as reasonably possible, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

10. JEWELRY CARE

Jewelry requires appropriate care to preserve its appearance and finish.

Exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics, lotions, chemicals, chlorine, humidity, heat or prolonged direct sunlight may affect jewelry, particularly plated pieces and natural stones.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage or failure to follow applicable care instructions may not constitute a product defect.

11. ACCOUNTS

You may have the option to create an account on the Website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate and current information.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe they are being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

12. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OFFERS

From time to time, The JWLRS may offer promotional codes, discounts or other offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

are valid only for the specified period;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
